At the end of February, a family moved to us who had lived in Druzhkivka for as long as it was possible. Most people had long since left because of the constant shelling, including aerial bombing. The territory is controlled by Ukrainian troops, but enemy drones constantly monitor every step of those who remain in the city. Going out for water or food is deadly dangerous. Residents went outside mainly at night.
Our friends agreed to evacuate and waited two weeks for foggy weather to begin so that they could safely leave away from the front. By God's grace, they were taken out of there, and they have been living in Kremenchuk for a month now.
Few days ago they were notified that their house in Druzhkivka had been hit by a Russian missile.
How good that we were able to welcome them here, settling them in a room at the "Peaceful Home."
